Waste Transfer Notes

A waste transfer note (WTN) is the legal document that records the transfer of waste from you to us as a registered carrier.

Our policy

• A waste transfer note is issued for every collection on request, and always for commercial customers.
• Each note records what was collected, where, when, and our carrier registration (CBDL481891).
• Businesses must keep waste transfer notes for at least two years under their duty of care.
