If something has gone wrong, we want to put it right.

1. Contact us by phone (0208 050 2835) or email (info@rubbish-collection.com) with your collection date, address and the issue.
2. We acknowledge complaints promptly during opening hours (7am–11pm, 7 days).
3. We investigate and respond with a resolution or explanation.
